       《國際商務談判》側重實用性和可操作性,分三大部分,包括談判策略與技巧、國際貿易中各個環節的談判以及各國的談判風格。基于情景教學和案例教學的理念,各單元穿插形式多樣的學習任務,如角色扮演、案例分析、討論題、判斷題和選擇題等。在練習的設計和編寫方面充分考慮到大部分學生缺乏商務談判經驗這一實際情況,盡量給出詳細的說明和指引,幫助學生理解所需完成的談判任務,運用所學的知識和技巧更好地進入模擬談判情景,進行模擬商務談判。使學生在真實的模擬環境中扮演不同角色,提高學習興趣,提升談判能力。
       本書自2016年出版以來,受到許多學生和任課老師的歡迎。在未來的幾年廣東外語外貿大學國際商務英語學院、國際經濟貿易學院、留學生教育學院和南國商學院每年都有五百多位學生使用這本教材。每年全國各地高校商務英語專業的老師來廣東外語外貿大學做訪問學者,很多老師會旁聽國際商務談判課,他們回到工作單位后開設國際商務談判課。該書可用作商務英語和經濟管理類專業本科生教材,也可作為涉外商務工作人士的培訓教材。
鑒于《國際商務談判》已經使用了5年,編者希望再版此教材。保留原書的結構框架和大部分內容,增加:(1)一帶一路沿線國家的談判風格和風土人情;(2)增加跨境電商模式下的商務談判內容;(3)更新貿易術語;(4)更新和增加談判策略和案例;(5)更新模擬談判情景練習。
